ROLAND MILLAR

Roland has maintained a busy and varied musical career in and around Tunbridge Wells for more than thirty years.  He has been music director of the Forest Row Orchestra in East Sussex since 1994 and was previously music director of the Baroque Singers of Tunbridge Wells and joint music director of the Grosvenor Orchestra.

 

He has also conducted the Royal Tunbridge Wells Choral Society and the Paddock Wood Choral Society.  In the past Roland has conducted various adult and children's choirs, as well as serving as music director of a drama group.  In addition to his various conducting activities he has sung with choirs in London and across the South East for over 20 years.  He currently sings in several choirs, either as a regular member or an occasional guest and has sung as a soloist with the Royal Tunbridge Wells Choral Society and with a number of other choirs.
